Welcome to TRIV.AL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TRIV.AL website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by TRIV.AL ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is designed to be safe and appropriate for users of all ages, including children under 13.
For users under 13: By allowing your child to use the Service, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms on their behalf and accept responsibility for their use of the Service. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activities.
For users under 18: You represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
For all users: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of Service
TRIV.AL provides online multiplayer card games for entertainment purposes only. The Service includes free features and optional premium subscriptions. The Service does not involve real-money gambling, and no real money can be won or lost through gameplay.
3. User Accounts and Device Registration
You may be required to create an account or use a device-based identifier to access certain features. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and device
- All activity that occurs under your account or device identifier
- Ensuring your account information is accurate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Harass, bully, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or automation tools
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our consent
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
- Share, sell, or transfer your account to others
- Engage in any activity that could harm minors
5. Enforcement and Bans
We take violations of these Terms seriously to maintain a safe and fair environment for all users.
5.1 Enforcement Actions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
- Issue warnings for minor violations
- Temporarily suspend access to the Service
- Permanently ban accounts
- Ban devices (using device identifiers) from accessing the Service
- Block IP addresses associated with violations
- Remove or restrict user-generated content
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
5.2 Scope of Bans
Bans may apply to:
- Individual accounts
- All accounts associated with a device
- All accounts associated with an IP address or range of IP addresses
- Any combination of the above
5.3 Circumvention
Attempts to circumvent bans (including creating new accounts, using VPNs, or using different devices to evade enforcement) constitute additional violations and may result in further enforcement actions.
5.4 Appeals
If you believe your account was banned in error, you may contact us at support@triv.al to request a review. We are not obligated to provide details about our enforcement methods or decisions.
6. Premium Subscriptions
6.1 Billing
Premium features are available through subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable app store to charge your chosen payment method.
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased the subscription:

We do not directly process refunds for app store purchases.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes through the app store before they take effect. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.
6.5 Subscription and Bans
If your account is banned for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period. You may still be able to request a refund through the applicable app store according to their policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, graphics, and trademarks are owned by TRIV.AL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. User Content
Any content you submit through the Service (such as chat messages, usernames, or room names) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or offensive
- Violates the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
- Contains personal information of others without their consent
- Is harmful to minors in any way
- Contains spam, advertising, or solicitations
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
